Great for low torque jobs
It’s been a few months since purchase it, have used daily for work ( heavy duty diesel mechanic) so far it works great, I needed an impact with less torque than the ones I usually use ( Milwaukee high torque ) this one is lighter and it works great. I don’t think you’ll get more than 100-150 lbs torque

Power
Works well without having to worry about over torquing but on some things - it can use a little bit more power

Awsome tool
I love that it comes with case, 2 batteries, charger, sockets and extensions. Have used it a few times, had plenty of power, easy to use and everything right there together. I love it. Would highly recommend

No bearing to hold socket on
I've pulled sets of tires off and used it to disassemble an aging deck, all on the first charge of the first battery. Pretty good. Powerful. But there isn't a bearing in the head like a socket wrench normally has so the sockets fall off easily. Their "system " is to use a supplied pin and rubber band. Their sockets have a channel for the rubber band. When used with a socket from the civilized world, there is no channel meaning nothing to hold it to the drill head.
