Best guide for first-time people leaders.
The book is well written, and I would highly recommend it to first-time leaders. Anthony included good examples from various sources that help with connecting the dots from the to actually applying it in real company.

Perfect timing for this book!
I read this author's Kaizen book a few weeks ago, and I knew I had found an author that really connected with me. When I found out he had written a book on leadership, I couldn't have been happier! I have been binging leadership books like crazy lately, so how lucky was I that one of my favorite self-help authors would write exactly what I needed? Why is he one of my favorite authors? Because he doesn't fill his books with fluff. He has practical information that can take me to the next level (and in fact, already has). He lays out a direction that is so clear, any reader who was really trying could walk away knowing exactly what steps to take next. I know that my business model will forever be changed because of some of the stories and advice he gave in his book.I don't want to spoil it for you, but some of the things that helped me the most were these:- get uncomfortable (don't stagnate)- delegate- get to know your employees- give them freedom and allow them to develop a vision for their own future- differentiate yourself from the competition- restructure if you have to- don't feel guilty for relaxing- memento homo...memento homo...Okay, well that's only about half of my dog-eared pages, and I'm sure you'd rather read the book than this little blurb. I wish you all the best, and I hope Raymond's book helps you as much as it did me!
