Love the yoga mat lending comfort and elegance with being attractive However, for 4 mm it is too thin and should be thicker with extra layers of comfort.

The mat os good, but there was no bag inside. They lied😑

When we opened the box today, the quality of product is very poor, Mat is stiff that two people required to make it working, and not anti-skid. We are feeling so sad and a total waste of money. :-(We couldn't validate during the return window and hence couldn't place the return. Do not buy.

Satisfied with the product

This is my first yoga mat, before I'd do workouts on floor barefoot.1. I did 30 mins workout including stretching, walking, lunges and squats. It didn't slip or move even a bit. I could feel the difference in my exercises/poses, unlike before I didn't struggle for balancing, it gave a good support to posture.2. It is not as thick as I expected it to be, but nowhere does it lack in efficacy. I did 10 mins walking No stress on ankle or feet.3. I feel breadth is bit small, I am 5ft, for someone who is taller than me I think breadth would be uncomfortable. Length is good!4. No smell, no color leak, I even got a bag :)For durability, I'll update after a week or so.

I do running and tough drills and Stretches. So I sweat. For some stretches I have to remove shoes. This mat makes you slip. It keeps making noises. Not at all a great product. Yes, it can be dried faster, that's the only good thing. Also, it keeps rolling back after opening. Its very irritating. You have to keep some stuff on both the ends to make it operational.
