Very good scale at a great price. Small size so it’s able to fit in my carry-on, no problem. It comes with a small screwdriver to replace the battery but I wish the screwdriver wasn’t necessary as you’re not able to have it in your carry-on.

We used to use our bathroom scales and they were pretty accurate but a pain to use as it was tough to see the numbers with the luggage on it. Bought these for a recent trip and these ease of use was terrific. Also, my big bag weighed 48 lbs at home with this unit and these ease exact same at the airport at check in. Great quality, great portability and a decent size readout screen makes it easy to use. Will use these for years!

Who would have guessed an inepensive device like this that's supposed to determine the weight of an object suspended in the air, would be close to accurate? If you don't know what I mean, trying weighing something that won't hold still on a bathroom scale. As the object tips one way or the other, the measurement goes all over the place. I put an empty suitcase on a very accurate postal scale, the kind that detects a difference in weight when you place a stamp on an envelope. Suitcase weight was 7lbs - 9.6 ounces. Using this hanging luggage scale, I got 7.66 pounds. Assuming .66 is is percentage of a pound, multiply .66 x 16 ounces, and you get 10.56 ounces. So...a super sensitive postal scale measured 7 lbs - 9.6 ounces, and this hanging scale measured 7 lbs -10.56 ounces. That's less than 1 ounce difference. I repeated the test and got the same thing twice. Even if you assume 7.66 pounds means 7 pounds + 6.6 ounces (it doesn't) you're still within 3 ounces. No idea if they are all this accurate. And if your luggage sways during measurement, the reading will be off. But I'm impressed. They even throw in a spare battery. The only thing I can fault is that the scale looks like it might break in a suitcase. Might make sense to store it in its box.

I was expecting a cheaper plastic when i bought it due to the price but when I received i was surprised to see that its very high quality! The screen is perfect and also handprints proof! It comes with an extra battery and a travel bag which is very appreciated! So if you are interested in buying this don’t hesitate its not expensive it’s useful and high quality!

Although there are several other portable baggage scales on Amazon, this one is unique in design, display, and overall usage. I've had several other baggage scales in my shopping cart before committing to this one, and I'm glad I did! It's perfectly functional, has a simple to read display, and has a high weight capacity. Highly recommend.
