The packaging did not come with the brush. Given the price of this starter kit, disappointing not have brush included

I used it a handful of times and it stopped working even after charging. I'm now outside the return window. What a waste of money !

Das Gerät ist perfekt. Es gleitet sanft über die Gesichtskonturen, ohne Schmerzen und ist extrem einfach zu bedienen. Ich nutze es ohne die App, da diese kostenpflichtig ist. Sie ist aber auch nicht unbedingt nötig. Das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei und erfüllt seinen Zweck auch ohne App. Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind außerdem ein wasserbasiertes Kontaktgel, das bei einem Mikrostromgerät erforderlich ist, sowie eine beruhigende Creme für die Nachbehandlung. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Und ich habe es im Rahmen der Amazon Prime Days zum Aktionspreis gekauft, daher war der Preis unschlagbar.

used once and now wont turn on, wont charge. also doesn't come with brush.

Me llego el producto abierto de los sellos de garantía. Eso no me parece bien porque por el precio debería ser nuevo y pareciera que ya es usado al llegar los sellos violados de garantía de que es nuevo. No me da confianza
