NOT AS DESCRIBED
I bought this machine because it’s supposed to make 550lbs/24hrs and it doesn’t even come close to making that amount of ice. I had it running 3 whole days and it didn’t even fill the bin up. The ice melts faster than the machine can dump so it never shuts off. It’s taking 22 minutes to dump hollow ice. If you change the ice thickness it takes even longer to dump. They wanted to send a repairman out and if they couldn’t fix the issues then they said they would send me a prepaid label. It’s been 3 weeks and no repairman came out yet and of course they didn’t send me a prepaid label. I packed the machine up to ship it back and it would cost $800 to ship it back! If you’re looking for a good ice machine I don’t recommend you buying this one.

It’s been a two weeks from installation, and works as described, plenty of ice and fast.

Nice Ice Machine
I jumped the gun on my first review of this ice machine. I had an issue with my machine but the company was quick to address the problem and resolve It. I am now very satisfied with the machine. It is a nice machine if you don't need lots of ice for the price.

Does not make 500 lb
Were on the 3rd day (72 hours and it has not made 500 lbs of ice. I should have looked at the reviews better before buying this product. If anyone does not complain about the 500 lbs per day, they didn't buy it based on production!

Necesito contactarme con el vendedor
Esta máquina no hizo ni 200 libras en 24 horas, intenté comunicarme con el vendedor y cuando entro a la página del producto, no encuentro información alguna sobre él, no se si será algún problema técnico, o algo que habrá que configurar, o si simplemente este artículo no sirve y ponen una descripción acá, que no corresponde con las características reales

Did Not Make Ice seller never responded I do Not Recommend at all dont waste your money

Doesn't work
I've tried everything and still can't get mine to work. Manufacturer told me to call a repair guy and they would give $100 credit for the repair guy cost
