It can be tricky to get a good fit when ordering shoes via the internet. I scour reviews to get an indication of whether something fits true to size or if I need to adjust by a half size. If you're looking at the Clark's Atticus and wondering the same thing, I can tell you that I ordered my regular size and am very pleased.It also has a more secure fit than many chukka boots because it has 3 eyelets (rather than 2 like most others). My heel doesn't slip up like in 2-eyelet boots. That one detail makes it so much more comfortable for wearing all day.

I ordered the dark tan shiny leather as shown on web picture but they turned out to be much darker than the pictures with different leather finish. They’re not the shiny type leather, they scuff and scratch very easy. It’s not the same shoes shown on the picture.I also own the black ones with white soles. Those are exactly as shown on the picture.I wear size 12 but size 11 fits better for these shoes.

Wore these twice and one of the seams has already started to come undone. Seller won't issue a return because it's (just) outside of their 30 day return window. Would expect more than two wears out of a pair of shoes, regardless of the time period.
