I love using mirrors when babies are on the floor for tummy time. Baby sees their own movement in the mirror – making the toy interactive, and the mirror can also be angled so baby can be on her tummy yet still see her caregiver. This mirror is bright, safe and flexible. The attached fabric book pages are a bonus that other tummy time mirrors do not include. I like that the pages are crinkly, the toy is BPA-free, and that the star teether provides a loop which can be used to attach this toy to a stroller or other equipment. Although the width listed on the Amazon site for this toy ranges from 6.3” to 10.4”, the toy I received measures about 8.25” wide x 6.25” tall. The toy appears smaller than what I expected based on the photos, but the compact size actually makes it easier to bring along in a diaper bag, etc. To use the toy with the mirror side angled at 30 degrees, put a washcloth or toy behind the mirror, as the narrow base of the toy folds in half when the toy is place on its side. This toy is packaged in a plastic bag.

I bought this in preparation for a baby that on the way so it's not 'field tested' yet but my daughter says that she's heard of babies that enjoy a mirror. Seems like a safe design with some other nice 'pages'. I definitely like getting things that might have some educational value as well as entertainment.

My baby looks at the contrast of colors for so long. She is not tired with it yet. This toy is a keeper. It is soft and lightweight. It is safe toy for the infant.

This is a great tummy-time toy! It’s small and portable to take anywhere or leave in the diaper bag. The quality of this toy for the price is amazing!

This is one of those baby registry must haves! It is perfect for newborn through teething babies! Mine LOVES the crinkly sound that the different fabric pages make, but the little star teether is his favorite part!
