I am a board-certified internist as well as medical oncologist, and have a deep interest with issues of obesity. And I am a firm believer in biomarkers that act as telltales to indicate the state of health of patients. This scale measures multiple parameters and allows the user or a number of users to track their findings over time with charts. The app works on either iPhone or iPad and perhaps other devices as well. I have used this scale for approximately two weeks and find no issues that warrant anything less than a five star review.

Excited about this purchase but sent it back after 3 weeks. Bluetooth and WiFi sporadically pair and disengage. I had to reconnect multiple times over the 3 weeks which meant my data didn’t flow to the App. It says it supports multiple individuals, but even though my wife and I are 100lbs difference, the scale would occasionally send the wrong weight to the wrong name which had to be fixed on the App…but you can only erase data you can’t correct it and send it to the correct person. Moreover, and we never figure this out, the app would record the data on the wrong day. I weigh in the mornings and it kept putting the weight on the day before at a random PM time. Again, you can’t change the date of the data on the App which is frustrating. The weird thing is that the day/time on my phone, the scale and the App were correct…but the data was always put on the wrong day.Everything else seems to work well. It does all the other things it advertises with HR, BMI, ect. All in all, way to frustrating to try to work out the kinks and those extra data points are meaningless if you can’t effectively track the data. No customer support phone found and the one email I sent for help never was responded too.

Having to reset the scale about every other day. Having to charge the scale about twice a week...now it goes to sleep about the time you step on it...

i used to be obsessed with the scale. so I had to toss it. I bought this scale as a way to see what the number on the scale means.... i am now not obsessed but rather enjoy weighing myself im 303 pounds and seeing how much body fat ive lost and how much healthier my heart is !! i have now bought this scale for friends of mine
