Zodiac 7111 Sizzle Platter 23 cm x 13 cm/9" x 5" Oval

I already have similar to this product from Japan. I just needed more as I have more guests to served using the platter.

I purchased this to use in my Weber Q3000 bbq to sizzle prawns and fiddly veg. Temperatutes in the Weber get very hot so a cast iron sizzler was the way to go. Size is compact - see my picture with iphone.Its cast iron and allegedly pre seasoned but I'll give it some more oil and a bake to be on the safe side. It comes with a wooden platter with appears to be varinished a red colour so this may smoulder - we'll have to see, but tbh the intention is not to use this at the table or indoors for that matter so it probably won't matter too much.When the Irish weather improves we'll get the bbq and give it a whirl and report back.

Very well made, and once seasoned worked very well. It is a difficult size to use, it is too large for one person but too small for two, so I ended up buying two. The handle is very sturdy and stable once clipped to the hot plate.

It was too small bit dissapointed
