Worked Great for 6 months, then smelled like burning plastic. Can’t find away to reach the company to discuss repairs. Would not suggest purchasing.

I have had several of various portable ice makers. They all seen based on the same mechanism. It's reasonably efficient, but needs to be kept clean.

Making ice, operating procedures manual a little difficult to understand. Large ice cubes not so large, otherwise everything is fine. Doing it’s job nicely.

I ordered this to replace one of another brand. This is sooo much slower at making ice and sincerely doubt it could make 5 lbs of ice in 24 hours most certainly doesn’t make 33lb or anything near. I didn’t receive and owners manual or warranty cards. I purchased it new so I would expect an owner’s manual. I would not recommend this product.

So, the countertop ice maker works well it does not take that long to make the ice so it's OK to have a little impatience and want a little immediate gratification. It will begin making ice within the first 10 minutes probably takes about, I would say 20 to 30 minutes to make a full cup of ice so if you need much more than that you want to plan ahead of time and maybe grab some ice bags, but it works really well and it keeps ice in the home. Easy setup, easy to use, and easy to clean!

Don’t make hard ice cubes and the water is running all the time, and the ice cubes is not hard and the little bits of ice isn’t enough for one person.I’m not satisfied with it, I need to return it asap.

Ice comes out very wet and soft. By the time is starts the next batch the previous batch is already melting. Causing the machine to run non stop and putting out a ton of heat from the machine.
