Yes4AllBulgarian Split Squat Stand - Single Leg Squat Roller & Bodyweight Training

I hate Bulgarian split lunges. I HATE THEM! (before I bought this) BUT.....if I'm going to do them, this is the best thing to have. I used to use a bench and my foot would be placed all cockeyed and uncomfortable. Once I got this, it made doing them so much easier. I actually don't mind doing them as much. Solid, adjustable height. Worth the purchase.

I use this at the gym for myself in my clients! It’s fantastic. Lightweight but also very durable.

I used to use a bench and it was super wobbly, this had changed the way I performed this squat and I can lift more weight easily. 100% recommended

The media could not be loaded. Update: I contacted Yes4All for a replacement part for the defective one. I sent them the same video here showing the problem and asked that they send me a new part E. They initially responded saying that they did not see my Amazon order number and then requested I jump through all these hoops and send them all the same information that I already did: 1: the order number (didn't change of course, since I copy and pasted it directly from my order on Amazon. 2: Pictures/video of the problem (I already did that in the initial message so I sent them again.) And a copy of the invoice from Amazon.Update2: I complied with all of their requests and 4 days later and one follow up from me, not a single response from them after they initially responding to me in a few hours. So, I disassembled it, packaged it back up and sent it back to Amazon. Such a waste of time and resources for such a simple, easily fixed issue.Update 3: They finally got back to me a full week after my last message asking for an update. But, by then I had given up and returned the item to Amazon. I also forgot to mention, that a non-functional item was also missing: an end cap on top of one of the uprights. I didn't care about that, especially for the price.Update 4: Well, they finally emailed to confirm my address to send out the new part 2 weeks after initial contact. I told them to disregard, that I had already sent back the package. Two days later they sent an email telling me they sent out the part. So, there's that.Update 5: They did finally follow through with sending the needed part and it did work. Unfortunately, I had already sent back this item to Amazon. The new one I got was not much more and it was built much more sturdily. The new one has an interior metal bar running through the pad, it doesn't just float between the supports.Original: This negative review is for a completely useless single leg squat stand. The threads in one of the parts labeled 'E' are either stripped or of the wrong size right from the factory. See the video for the problem.It will screw in if the retainer pin is completely screwed in, but only hangs on by the very last thread. Not safe or functional. So it looks like it might work fine when they fit it together at the factory and ship it out.But when it gets assembled at home, the retaining pin will not stay threaded into the padded bar support because it's designed to not fully thread into the support. This is obviously a defect for this one specific part in my box. I'm guessing many others have received perfectly functional items, based on the reviews.If they can send me a new part to replace the defective one, I'll update with my results.

Perfect adjustability. Padding nice. Doesn't weigh a ton so easy to move. Like the compact size. Works great.

I’m genuinely impressed by how sturdy this thing is! I have their barbell stand and it’s been standing the test of time so I’m excited to own another product of this brand. Im mostly hoping the pad stays in tact and doesn’t wear too fast cuz I plan on using this with my clients so time will tell😉 so far so good

たまたまこの商品を見かけて約一万円という値段まで下がっているのを見て購入しました。まず梱包は今まで買った筋トレ器具で一番綺麗でした。家で荷重ブルガリアンスクワットを始めて4年ほどになりますが、コスパを考えた場合このタイプのスタンドの必要性には疑問がありました。ですが、この商品を使ってみると思っていた以上に楽にできることが分かりました。パッドが回転して常に楽な状態になるため、後ろ足に意識が行くことが少なくなりバランスもとりやすくなりました。買う前はバーベルで70kgの荷重をしていたのですが、このスタンドを使うだけで90kgで荷重できるようになりました。パワーラックはどんなにいいものを使っても鍛える動作自体にはほぼ影響しないですが、このスタンドは動作自体に影響するので効果が高いです。次に良くない点を書きます。寸法記載されているのであらかじめある程度分かっていたことですが、一番低い位置に高さを合わせてもそこそこ高いです。記載は一番下の穴が13 13/16 inch ですが、パッドの上で測ると地面から約40cmになります。私（身長178cm）でぎりぎりちょうどいいくらいです。高すぎる場合は前足の下に何か敷いて高くするしかありません。あと高さを変えるのがあまりスムーズではありません。私は一番低い位置で固定なのでそこはいいかなと思っています。

どう頑張っても足を乗せる台を支柱に取り付けることが出来ない。足乗せ台の部品の内側に溶接されている謎の突起が、支柱と干渉する為に支柱に取り付けることが出来ない。この部品は、一部がプラスチックなので、恐らく、削ったり溶かしたりして、突起の干渉ぶんだけ部品の内径を広げれば、取り付ける事はできるだろうが、そんな事するくらいなら、数千円高い金払ってirotecの類似商品買ったほうがマシ。激安輸入製品全般に言える事かも知れないが、なぜ梱包のビニール類が黄ばんでいるのか。本来ならすぐ捨てるものだから気にしないけれど、今回の様に返品する場合は再利用するので、その汚さが気になりました。
