The first one we received had leather handles, a yellow waterproof bag and all the parts. The second one we ordered Christmas day arrived a few days later. We were out of town and just opened it tonight. It was a white cheaper canvas bag, no leather straps to the mat, and was missing the hose to the compressor. Thankfully we had it from our first one or we wouldn't have been able to blow it up. Overall, my daughter loves them. The first one that came was definitely superior. Is there a way to get the hose connector to the compressor that was missing in the second one?

Well manufactured product - cannot recommend it highly enough. My daughter learned front flips on it in just the 2 weeks we have had it. Now thinking about a 2nd one!

My daughter received this for Christmas 2020. It was wonderful for the first month and a half. Now does not hold air for more than a few hours. There is not visible hole to patch. Just deflates. Disappointing as now unsafe for her to continue to use after only 2 months of use.

Thank you ChampionPlus! I originally had purchased the tumbling mat from another supplier on May 2nd. Due to Covid, I was given a three week block as to when it would be delivered. On June 15th, I received an email that the delivery was pushed back to July 20th. On the 20th, I sent an email to the seller regards the thinking mat and by the 21st received a response that it had been lost and they were in the process returning my money. My daughters patience had run out and most suppliers who had mats available, indicated that it wouldn't be delivered until mid August. When I came across ChampionPlus who would deliver in two I had to make the purchase. I purchased the mat on June 22nd, and paid a few dollars more to expedite the process (guaranteed by July 8th). I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered the same week (26th).
