Absolutely cracking phone, a real bargain
The Oukitel is an excellent phone and an absolute bargain. It is relatively slim and light for such a big screen size. It feels rugged and well-built, and looks far more premium than its cost would suggest, with its attractive orange back cover. It also comes pre-fitted with a neat silicone case and screen protector, which makes it even more of a bargain. But most importantly it operates flawlessly. It runs on the latest version of Android which I found a big improvement on the older version running on my old P30 Pro. The specs are amazing for the price, with 8gb ram and 256gb of storage, it has more than enough for most people’s needs. Battery life is AMAZING! I have never had a phone that has got me through a full day with so much juice left in the tank. I have never come close to running out. While the phone isn’t quite up to running the latest AAA gaming titles at full speed, and who would expect it to at this price point, it’s plenty fast enough for 99% of the tasks and games most users will throw at it. I owned another Oukitel many years ago and have fond memories of it, and this phone carries across the same strengths. The rear fingerprint sensor is quick and accurate, and the option to scroll through notifications by swiping up and down on it is a unique and genuinely useful feature. The screen is gorgeous, and while it doesn’t have the ultra-deep blacks of an OLED screen, it still has lovely rich colours, good contrast and excellent visibility in bright light. The in-built speaker is functional and won’t match the sound quality of much more expensive flagship phones it does the job. One nice feature is that the handset includes a headphones jack socket as well as an FM radio app. The cameras are capable of excellent pictures in decent light - just don’t expect super quality in low light or big optical zoom ranges, but I suspect most users would be perfectly happy with the images produced. All in all, I would heartily recommend the Oukitel C33. It’s an extremely well-specced and user-friendly phone for an incredibly low price.

Great value
First Oukitel product and for the money wasn't really expecting much. But after a few days use it's settled down and I can recommend this budget phone.

Absolutely brilliant!!!!
I don't often review on Amazon. I buy a lot and it just isn't possible but, on this occasion I am glad to. So many claims are made for phones but there are a few who truly live up to it. My new Oukitel phone is everything promised and more. It is well made and of excellent quality. The screen is truly bright and everything is well defined. Watching videos is a joy. The colours and high definition make this a highly competent phone. Audio is good on earphones and the speaker is clear and comfortable to listen to. The biggest difference between this phone and my last one is the blistering speed. My apps fire up in no time. Considering that it is a budget phone, it has so much going for it. Totally satisfied. Could'nt find an affordable replacement, I purchased a C33 so i had a working phone or so i thought
So my trusty Huawei P30 pro finally gave out its last spark of life to enter into a dreaded boot loop!. I spent days on Amazon looking to find an affordable phone that could furnish me with the features i loved so much in my dearly departed Huawei. I have to be honest, i could not find a replacement option that was affordable and decided for now to buy a phone that could at least give me decent storage, memory and a large enough screen for my withering eyesight and advancing age which play an important part in the type of phone i needed and also possibly helping to support me with other health issues. I decided t go with the orange C33 because it offered a happy colour and some of the features i needed for a decent price. The phone lacks in other areas for example, very limited sensors built into this phone. Most modern day phones come with an array of very usefull sensors which this model lacks. Now down to the nitty gritty. I do not have that many people including family to contact so phone calls are not that frequent. The first very annoying and important issue is that every single phone call either made or received have all cut off before i ever had the chance to actually end a call at a time of my choosing. This phone constantly cuts me off no matter where i change location inside or out!. I have never suffered this serious issue with other branded or lesser known phones. I rely on having a phone that will see me through to the end of a conversation without me being cut off. When at home i now only use my landline because many times i have had to get back into a very long queue to get back to where i was and have to start over explaining to another operator about the previous conversation i was having. Unfortunatly this has been common practice because this phone failed me all the time. This phone sometimes decides that i does not want to charge the battery no matter what lead or plug used, i had to restart in order for charging to work again! The other issue that seems to have started more recently is the screen rotating when it shouldnt and does this at the most awkward of times and wont rotate back. I know you can disable auto rotate but to be honest, i have lost interest in this phone because it let me down so many times especially when i learnt of a serious illness in my family and this phone cut me off 7 times, i did not have a backup phone at that time!. i thought about sending it back for warranty or whatever it is they do with faulty phones these days but im carer to my wife and have my own serious health issues to manage as well as finding life very difficult to cope without stressing over this phone and what to do with it. It is just now sitting in a drawer while i consider other phone options when or if i ever manage to get any free time to look. So overall the main function for phones is the abiity to make and receive calls, this phone never allowed me to complete any calls and either says the line is busy or network issue after it cuts me off each time. i know its neither issue that causes this faulty phone to do what is does. It may just be my phone that has these issues. I wish i could afford to buy another Huawei and or a Samsung because i love wildlife photography and these brands offer some of the best cameras and features money can buy. Unfortunatly the C33 camera system also leaves a lot to be desired and has limited functionality like video only allowed on video tab whereas many other phones also allowed video to be shot from pro and apeture tab allowing so much more control over the video you wanted to shoot. Its an ok phone for the money if it did not suffer the main issues i was having. I would love a samsung S24 ultra because for me that has everything im looking for in a phone and camera and Huawei still have the google issue i believe? The only way i will ever get a S24 ultra is either when they become more affordabe in a few years or a lottery win or hand me down, Al those options are remote and i probably wont be here in a few years anyway so i will start looking again when im not so tired and worn out which is pretty much always. Im not the best person to review and apologise if i strayed from the point, this took me nearly 2 hours to write. Hope this may be of some use to you all.
