Well Made and Easy to Use
I purchased this after watching the knees over toes guy on youtube. This is a very well made, simple to use piece of equipment. It did take some time getting the strap adjusted but once that was done it works very well. This exercise is tougher than it looks so you may want to use something like a TRX or even a broom stick to help guide yourself down to your strength level. I have been doing these exercises once per week since I received it and am making progress but it is still not an easy move and my hamstring let me know they are getting work, HARD.The only thing I would like to see better is a different piece to pull against the door. Not that the one supplied is ineffective it just binds up against the door and can be a pain to slide along it. Really that is a minor complaint.

I like the idea of this a lot. I’m working up to being able to do it with good form..I’m not quite there yet. But the product is made well and easy to set up.

Really nice product.
A very affordable option for nordic exercises. Just make sure your setting it up on a door where it closes towards the direction your exorcising. If it’s on the direction where you have to pull the door, the door my start cracking if it’s a light door. Just make sure the door is being pull towards the door frame. Not away.

Great hamstring exercise until the plastic buckle snaps
Used it once or twice a week for about 6 months and then the plastic buckle gave out on me mid exercise. Almost pulled a hammy!! Wish it was a bit more durable but served its purpose prior to snapping. I am 190 lbs for reference. Prob will move to the pro

Product not sturdy
Worked well on first couple uses. On my 4-5 use the stitching ripped on my way down. I caught myself but could be dangerous. I would have expected more than just one stitch would be used but I guess not. I way 165lbs for reference

Fake Nordstick
The product received was not a Nordstick. It had a plastic anchor and a black strap with a plastic clip, that broke the first time trying it out..Very disappointing.

This just arrived today and does exactly as advertised. A great tool to Integrate Nordic curls into your training. Easy to adjust and relatively comfortable on your ankles when performing Nordic’s.

Fake. It’s a copy.
I got a copy. The real Nordstick has a grey strap, the Nordstick logo and a different plastic pattern.
