Q: does this work well with cat litter ? Like tidy cats ?

Yes, it does work well with all cat litters. What I like most about this litter scooper is that you can dig into the corners of your litter box, and loosen clumps there.

Q: What is the exact dimension of the holes/squares?

1/8 inch square. I does an excellent job at catching any small particles but the pointed edge makes it a little difficult to use. If it had a straight edge, I would highly recommend it.

Q: Will it be able to clean a tree frog tank? It's a small tank but its eco friendly so don't want to get rid of the moss.. quick cleaning

The scoop is designed to let sand through so I would guess that the moss may be too big for the openings in the scoop. Perhaps their customer service may have more information on a more suitable tool for cleaning a frog tank.
