I bought this to leave at our vacation property and don’t want to use it until then.It’s HUGE! I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a small litter box. On closely examining it, I determined that with pee clumps, unless they’re free-floating (as in not stuck to the bottom of the pan or tucked into a corner) that the wet litter could easily cling to the wires when you have to dig the clumps out. My hypothetical solution is to spray PAM nonstick cooking spray on the wires, wipe it off, spray again, wipe it off and then use it, once you know the wires are dry. By the way, I do the same thing with my litter boxes every time I wash them; get them good and clean with a natural cleaner like Simple Green, rinse, dry them, spray liberally with the PAM and then wipe them down really well. Add in your clean litter and this helps tremendously with eliminating/reducing the clumping litter sticking to the pan.Also, on the ergonomics of the spoon, it isn’t very comfortable to hold. The handle needs some sort of rubber or silicone sleeve to go over it. If you have arthritic hands, it probably isn’t the best choice for you.I’ll give an update when we go to our property in the fall (IF I remember!)

It’s great for litter. Picks up the waste from the cat and you just start to move the scoop and the clean litter has already fell through the scoop. It’s fantastic and I thank the person who came up with a litter scooper like that. Not plastic. Seems to be covered metal but it’s great. I love it and going to order another one for a spare but it will be a long time until this one breaks down.

I help at an animal rescue & have used lots of different types of scoops, but not one like this. Out of curiosity, I ordered for my cats at home. It's really awesome for large boxes for multiple cats. Since it's so wide, it makes scooping way quicker than some of the other 'large' scoops I've used. It's light weight without being flimsy. If you have cats, I highly recommend to make scooping easier. I was a little weirded out by shape of handle at first... but it actually is really comfy while scooping. Worth the $$ you pay!

I bought this cat scooper, not because we have a cat, but to use to clean out my smoker. Highly recommend. It is sturdy, the quality is great, and for its purpose, I'd recommend it to anyone.

This scoop is huge! It's also well designed that the litter falls away fast and not over the top making scooping so much faster. Have a giant litter box and previous scoop had me scooping at last 20 times and with this one I can cover whole box with 8 scoops. Love it.

Love it! Makes cleaning up after my cat fast and easy. The large scooper works great with the fine cat litter I use. Pretty sure it would work well with pellet litter too.
