Love mine took me 1 hour to assemble alone. Electric screwdriver makes it so easy. Simple straight forward instructions. High quality. Quick delivery love it

Product is good quality however mine came 6 screws short. Most of the washers missing, a broken foot and dirty cushions

My 3 parcels didn’t all arrive at the same but after a message to the supplier they assured me that it was on its way, two days later the last one arrivedInstructions were easy to follow and assembled quickly. We used a drill with a bit on other wise would of taken ages just using the Allen key! There are a lot of screws!The quality is good nice and sturdy with thick cushions.Very happy for the price!Would of given 5 stars but didn’t send enough screws had to go and purchase more!!

I have bought an outdoor sofa from this company before for my garden and was delighted with it so I bought a similar one for my onsite caravan garden. Very sturdy so I expect it to last a good number of years like the one in my garden. Lovely

The build was horrible and I'm pretty good at DIY. The alan keys after a while gave way as the screws needed that much turning!Some of the holes did not align to the corresponding hole therefore an insertion had to be made through the rattan itself to line up.The screws would not fully bed in their holes so they are protruding out (see picture)The items came wrongly labelled so I had to figure out which piece went where using measurements. A further Quality assurance must take place to ensure items are correctly labelled.May have to buy a better build next time.

I ordered a black furniture with a beige colour of cushions but unfortunately some of the cushions was arrived with some black marks on it (under the wrapping! So probably some factory mess!)and one of the cushion cover seems a lot bigger than it's supposed to be.Doesn't affect use so didn't contact the customer service but its a bit annoying that you pay a lot of money for it and you get dirty product.Other than that it's a great product and its looks nice as its advetised. Delivered quick and came in 3 huge boxes. Takes a reasonable time to assemble and its straightforward on the assembling guide.

Took a bit of time to assemble and one of the cushions were a bit messed up but all in all great for its money! Just what we wanted!

I tried to cancel this order but it's a third party seller so failed.This product arrives in 3 boxes over the course of the week. Giving me time to figure out that this product really does not fit our needs, the seller requires postage to be paid for return ! !!. Taking giant boxes to a post office..... Really annoyed with my late night shopping 🫣 . Agreed to keep it to save any more hassle. I have had a small refund.One of the packages had random foam in ! , eventually got the rest of the order and stained white cushions. But only after many emails and the feeling I was being humoured ....Now weeks later I have the correct grey cushions ( put the rest on olio, so someone is happy) and have bodged the sofa so it fits . The coffee table as an arm.The sofa is in a garden building , I really can't see it surviving a winter outdoors.Pics attached
