iRobot Roomba i1 Vacuum Cleaning Robot

I liked that it arrived in a timely manner and that it arrived in a like new condition. Everything worked as expected. It does a thorough job cleaning both on hardwood and carpeted surfaces. I would recommend this product to a friend and the vendor sent the robot packed well in a secure box.

Had constant problems from the start. Customer support started sending me parts. Eventually, they gave up and sent me a whole new vacuum. That one worked okay for a little while then more problems starting cropping up. I actually long for the days when the previous unit would vacuum our 1,450 sq ft in just over four hours! Now it takes over EIGHT hours! It will clean my bedroom using a well-defined, efficient pattern, then leave the room to clean elsewhere only to return later and randomly criss-cross the room over and over wasting time. Then it leaves to do the same random patterns in other rooms. Terribly inefficient. There is nothing 'smart' about it's smart mapping technology. And it's LOUD!
