I like it

Great little iron and really quite efficient considering it’s light weight (less than 800g without water). Excellent if, like me, you are nursing a shoulder injury.Dropped a star because the sole plate isn’t as smooth as some ceramic plates. Good for small loads.

Went to use iron, didn't think it was hot enough, steam boost button does not work, my last Philips iron was brilliant which is not available, I will be returning this and get a refund

all you can really ask from an iron, easy and practical

My old iron was showing the signs of three years or so of constant use, so I requested this iron. However withing ten minutes I was putting it back in the box. The lead is far too short and unless you use a wall mounted socket you are forced to put the ironing board right next to a floor socket. The iron itself has a very small plate and is pretty ineffective compared to my older iron which despite not producing much steam these day was still better at gliding over shirts and getting them properly ironed. This may be OK for someone on their own who needs to do a little ironing, but I can imagine taking twice as long to iron for my family of four using it.

Good quality product and working well so far.
