I like the spinner wheels and the compact size and it seems to be sturdy. The color is rich and consistent throughout.No external pockets or compartments is an adjustment since you have to take your book or tablet out before boarding and can’t put it back in until after you are off the plane. No way to grab it from the bottom if it is stored in the overhead bin.But!The wrap around zipper allows you to lay it flat when open which makes it easier to get to the items inside, There’s a designated internal pocket for a tablet or 14 inch laptop.The bag pays for itself every time I save money on luggage fees, so it’s a great value for the money.Best. Purchased the 28 inch in Gun (Metal Grey). Color is a dark gray. Matte. Arrived in great condition. The suitcase was protected in bubble wrap and styrafoam that covered the corners. No damage in shipping. The lock was easy to set and there's instructions right on the tag attached to the suitcase. Spinner wheels work great. Does not catch on carpet, wood, or tile. Inside is big, big compartments. I haven't used it to travel yet but I suspect this suitcase will hold up and not dent or scratch. It seems really sturdy. I also bought the Navy Blue color. I would buy again.

The color is excellent. The cases are durable and with packing cubes hold quite a large amount of clothes, shoes, and travel items. Smooth rolling. Would recommend for a frequent traveler.

I bought a few of these for my family on a recent trip that had connecting flights. You can pack a good amount of stuff in them and if you use a backpack too you have plenty of space for items for traveling.I have to say these carry on's were excellent. No problem getting through TSA for size for carry on. They fit in the airplane overheads with no problem. Rolling them through the airport was a breeze. These carry on's roll so smooth. We had to run through the airport to catch the next flight and these carry on' rollers were so smooth. You can push them with a pinky finger and they spin so easy too. Handle is adjustable to for various people height. They are also always on sale too. Very happy with the purchase!

Just received the 22x14x9 carry on size. Got this for my significant other to downsize and reduce checked baggage. As soon as I took it out of the box, I tossed it down 2 flights of stairs, into the wall. Not a mark. Solid. Zippers expand the case in the middle allowing to pack at least 4 days of clothing and 1 or 2 pairs of sandals or shoes. Construction is solid. Wheels are silky smooth and silent. Ratchet extending handle is also smooth but seems a bit fragile as compared to the rest of the case.

Works so nice, the four wheels are a game changer and it’s very light weight and looks great. The lock is also kind of nice just for a little extra security, I’d buy it again. I’ve used it for a few flights now and so far so good

I travel a lot for work and this is by far hands down the best suitcase I’ve owned. My wife loves it and steals it from me. Quality is great. Worth the money.

We had to replace our 10 year old luggage and I bought these as I could get them in two days and we had a trip coming up and the price was decent. I was really impressed with so much about the luggage and would recommend them to anyone! The three suitcase all have split open design so it lays flat on either your bed or a trunk for packing and unpacking, all three also have zippered enclosures on both sides of the suitcases so you can ensure nothing will come flopping out when you open your suitcase. I was also so happy that the hygiene pouch attached to the zippered enclosure is truly waterproof, we had a shampoo leak and it didn't spread outside the pouch, didn't seep and was super easy to clean up! The handles are height adjustable as well and solid, the wheels are super smooth and didn't drag a bit on carpeted surfaces. Just overall I am really pleased with the purchase, they are way higher quality than I thought they'd be!!
