Really great for higher pain levels. Great adjustable fit. I like that it reaches all of the heel area.

The gel moves inside the covering since the gel doesn’t completely fill it. The non-stretch fabric makes the fit almost impossible to do accurately for a variety of feet and weights. So between the bad fit and moving gel, the only time I wore it, the pain was worse because it served more as an irritant than padding.

I was having heel pad pain with standing & walking. These heel pads are just ok for my situation. I could not fit them into my shoes over my socks without them shifting. I tried using them under my sock, same issue.The material is like felt with a velcro closure. See uploaded pictures for what they look like on. (Sorry about the pet hairs. Love my fur babies.)These heel pads work ok with my flip flops and walking barefoot around house. I will use them for that.

I love it; it cushioned my heels. I like that I can wear it even at home with no shoes on. It's just, however, very difficult to put into my sneakers as it can be bulky. Probably okay with slightly bigger shoes or perhaps one with shoe string so you can adjust accordingly. Otherwise, it does help with comforting my heels.

I just got them and immediately put them on. The moment I stepped on the floor immediate relief. It doesn't feel like my heel bone touching the floor (exaggerating a bit) I feel like I have no cushion in my heel, so when I'm on my feet it starts hurting quickly. And the pain spreads up my ankle and to my arches. Omg I didn't think it would feel this comfortable. I do admit it does take space in your foot wear, the top adjustable band made it little hard to get my foot in, shoe is a lil tight. Have to play with it a little bit. But omg with sandles heaven. Hopefully long term wear maintains the comfort level, we shall see.

I was not a fan. First the vision goes on the u shape around the bottom of the heal and not all the way across.I’m a size 6.5 shoe and it was far too wide of a u that it didn’t help stop the pain but instead caused more when stepping down.So basically it didn’t fit my foot.2 stars because material was comfortable and not scratchy but it wasn’t going to work for the bone spur I needed it for as that is more in the middle of the u padding

Good secure fit and comfortable allowing range to work with fascia....massaging deeply with a tool then putting foot pad on.

These work so good for my sore feet! Definitely recommend

My feet are narrow so the protectors aren't very snug for me. However, they do work wonderfully for keeping my ankles upright over night. They have made a huge improvement in my hip alignment and have stopped the nighttime leg cramps for me. A closure other than Velcro would be great.
