Online version as well, with a whole document for the provided answers, valid though for only two years.

Needs to be packed into the proper bag or box
The book was packed poorly with very thin paper bag. The book is almost 900 pages thick, so it should be packed in a proper bag or box. It's not that pleasant to get the crumpled book when you order a new one.
