User-friendly guide for Beginners
This book has exceeded my expectations in every way. The format of the book is incredibly user-friendly, making it a breeze to follow along with the exercises, I found few editing typos but that’s not a problem. The inclusion of real pictures for exercises and poses, accompanied by clear step-by-step instructions, ensures that I can easily grasp and execute each movement correctly. Not only have I seen improvements in my strength, flexibility, and balance, but I also feel a renewed sense of vitality and well-being.

It's just ok...
The first half of the book is just generic fitness advice: eating well, sleeping well, staying committed. The second half of the 104 pages does include excersize instructions, most of them repeated because the author is teaching 4 work out flows. 1 per page. The pictures that accompany the limited instructions are average. But the angle is always from watching the person from behind. Some of the excersize instructions would benefit from a side view. In addition, the instructions make assumptions of your knowledge about pilates. Terms such as lunge or straddle are not defined. Most of us think we know what the instructor is asking of the pose, however this workbook is geared towards beginners. The author should remember her audience. Beginners do not understand proper body alignment and instructions should reflect that. One other comment the editing is awful. I include a picture of one of the instruction pages. Does the text make sense here?

Very Helpful
Rita Davis' Wall Pilates is a superb option if you're seeking for a thorough Pilates training book. I particularly valued the guidance on exercising safely, which enabled me to practice Pilates. The nutritional guidance is also a huge asset for providing your body with the proper nutrients. With my purchase, I'm pleased.

Nice try
I was looking forward to beginning this workout. The actual exercises begin halfway through the book which is a let down. Unless you want to sit down, stand up, sit down following the authors order of exercises, I ended up taking the book apart and reorganizing the pages. There are repeated pages of exercises, not sure why. There are grammatical and punctuation errors.I am using this routine but will continue looking for additional 'wall' pilates exercises to add that are not in this book.

Many Typos and photos don’t match descriptions
I got this because of Kindle Unlimited. While I’m sure the exercises are fine, there are too many errors and bad instructions.

Great Book - Please Make Edits!
This is my 'Goldilocks' wall platies book! I have several others that are either not well illustrated or too easy. This hits the middle road of not quite a beginner but not impossible either. I have both books in this series and I alternate programs as the other book is easier - but still comprehensive. This book needs to have the kindle version edited as there are important instructions missing on a few exercises. I can guess what the author meant but the Stance Changing Squat is missing instruction as well as the Alternate Pike Leg Lift. Wall Supported Squat + Kickback has either duplicate or missing instructions. Standing Clamshell has you facing the wrong way and duplicate or missing instructions.I will check for updates to this and hopefully this excellent book can be edited so that I give it a 5 star rating.

Vague
Too much repetitive waffle, the first 37 pages could be condensed to one or two pages. Instructions vague and not helped by the photos, diagrams would be better. Lots of typos throughout. The only reference to a 28 plan is one sentence and a suggestion you could do one of their routines for one routine a week for 4 weeks IE one of their routines for 28 days.

Not great
Repetitive. Whoever proof read this didn’t do a very good job.
