Excellent knife for cutting meat off the bone
This knife is very easy to cut or slice meat when you need to have a meticulous cut! Super sharp! Super easy to keep clean!

Great knives!
We use these strictly for butchering our homegrown chickens. We have dispatched over 80 birds with these. Nice clean cuts and works every time for quick dispatch. I do use them for cutting up birds after as well. We have 3 we ordered. Hubby does keep them sharp and does make sure to sharpen them throughout the process, but will stand by these and order more when time comes!

Great knife!!
This is the 4th one I have purchased this is the best knife for processing deer and other wild game and just for a general all around kitchen knife very durable and holds an edge really good. I would recommend all of dexters products

The steel seemed different than previous Dexter knives that I've owned
This one didn't sharpen up like the regular boning knife from Dexter. The steel seemed like it wouldn't take on an edge as well. I think it's a fake as there's no imprinted Dexter Russell logo on the handle. All of my good DR knives have this on the handle and they are made of a superior steel.
