This jerky is DELICIOUS. This was the first time I’ve ever heard of kilishi jerky, and this is by far the best jerky out there. The other jerky’s you find at your local convenience stores are either too dry, too tough, or too salty. The package says gourmet, and you can really feel the gourmet experience in this tasty treat. This jerky is extremely tender (which is surprising considering it’s lean beef) and super thin, so it sort of feels like eating meat chips, turning this into the best snack EVER. Each piece of jerky is covered in it’s signature spices and flavors and you can really taste the unique flavors of Africa. In terms of spice, the descriptions are very accurate; the “kinda hot” is as the name implies and the “hot” has a nice kick to it. The best part of this snack is: it’s surprisingly HEALTHY! Huge dose of protein and a surprisingly low amount of sodium or sugar! Tender enough that eating a bag doesn’t hurt my teeth and healthy enough that I don’t feel bad about eating a bag in one sitting, there is literally nothing I can say is bad about this amazing snack. Biggest surprise to me was my order came 2 days after the manufacture date, so I had a super fresh batch as well. Zango Brand kilishi jerky has become a new staple to my snack cabinet.

I am in no way an expert not being from Nigeria but this is the closest thing I have found to what I have experienced. Friends have been to the continent of Africa.Amazing taste. Even with the spice not overpowering the ground nut flavor, I only wish for the price you received a little more in the package. Package. Other than that this is an amazing product.

For starters I’m not a fan of beef jerky but a friend asked me to try this and trust me when i say this is packed full of flavor. I’m from Ghana and i love well seasoned food. This tasted nothing like other beef jerky’s I’ve tried. Most of them is bland and chewy. I was actually mad when I finished it and didn’t have more. I finished it in 5 minutes. 5 minutes i tell u and i don’t even like beef jerky but this tasted like steak from a grill only it’s dehydrated. If u know what’s good for your taste buds get this. They’ll appreciate you. It’s really good

Wasn't sure it it's the same I used to get when I was in Africa. Gave it a try and I was surprised. Tastes so good I finished 3 pieces in few minutes. Highly recommend and will purchasing more!

I purchased the Kinda hot and it was extremely nasty. I purchased a different flavor of this same brand from another vendor and it tasted nothing like this. For some reason the other purchase tasted better.

There were literally three pieces in the packet. I would not recommend for the price point.

A friend let me taste this one day and I can’t get enough of it! The most delicious Beef Jerky available! I like to bring it to the gym for a post workout snack. 💪💪🏆🏆 KILISHI 😁
