Do not buy from here. Be careful guys.
problem with this seller is that he knows that this huawei phone is not working because it is defective. So since he knows that the phone is not working, he sells the phone to you. Then the buyer returns the phone because it is not working. And once you return the phone there is a 20% restocking fee meaning he gets $100 for sure even though you returned the item and the refund is issued. Once the refund is issued he takes 20% which is $100. So this seller should not be able to sell on here. He probably sells at least 10 phones a day, and with that 10 phones he is guaranteed $1000 for each phone. He should be banned from Amazon.

Camera not great
This critique goes to Huawei, not this vendor.Camera is huge dissapointment. The macro lens are not great even the Mate 20 does better macros. The supermacro feature is almost only being faked by use of megapixels. Shame.I am sure the P50 is better since it still had Leica imaging. The Zoom is still better on the Samsung Galaxy. The moon pictures are vastly superior in the Galaxy S21/22, in this phone it struggles with focusing and exposing has to be manual or it will be bleached horribly. The stars pics come out much better in the iPhone 13/14 Pro, impressive actually.I struggled a lot until recent updates allowed the picture preview to work, and even now it takes long time to update the gallery after shooting.Sometimes the pics look good as shot, and then some background post processing will ruin it and make it a little pale with a bit less detail. The slow motion is still the outdated 4/8/32X with the practically useless 32X which always fails to autodetect motion and instead should just record when button pressed or just keep the most recent few seconds and this would be much more useful. One big big dissapointment (and for that matter, this goes to EVERY SINGLE PHONE) is that these sensors should be maximum 16 megapixels (5K) because this allows for better capture of colors, less noise, faster shooting and video recording, less storage wasted and less data usage. Evne 8 - 12 MP should give great pictures. Maybe time to improve lens and apertures instead.Anyone with a bare minimum knowledge of camera sensors can tell you that going 40, 50, 100 megapixels in small area, only makes pictures WORSE, MUCH WORSE. STOP THIS STUPID MEGAPIXEL FAD AND YOU PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN.The panorama should be allowed to be shot in any direction, not just left to right or down/up.This cancels some use cases where I need to start above horizon to get a more balanced exposure lock. The selfie panorama is cool on the other hand.On other annoyances, please get rid of curved edges, they suck. The phone is also too narrow.Good sound with big bass but easily goes distorted on high volume. The AOD is cool, but I also need to be able to customize font and color on the lock screen clock.Great battery life, fast fingerprint scanner. The initial software was so buggy, please if you buy this do an update first before you brick your phone because the original factory reset menus dont work, have touchscreen disabled.I never had network problems in the US, I connected with an ATT chip (actually a mexican chip). For some reason the Brave search always routes through germany.Better use bing.

Couldn't make or receive calls.
My old Huawei P40 Pro works flawlessly, but I could not make or receive calls with the new P60 Pro. T-Mobile spent over 2 hours trying to fix the problem, but finally determined it was a problem with the phone. The vendor, NGP Camera Store, was unable to solve the problem and accepted the return. Unfortunately, even though I returned the phone because it did not work and not because I had changed my mind, or didn't like its color, NGP charged me a 10% restocking fee of $117.90. I disagree with that charge in my circumstance, and will buy my next phone from a different vendor.Update 12 August 2023I have upgraded my rating of NGP Camera Store because it has amended it's policy and refunded the restocking fee because the phone was defective. The phone itself, at least as I am concerned, remains a serious question. Darel's review of the phone also cites networking problems. Since my P40 Pro works flawlessly, I would have expected the P60 Pro to do the same. Unfortunately it did not. If Darel and I received the same phone, the networking problem is likely limited to only that phone. If we received different phones, it might behoove Huawei to investigate the problem. I bought the P40 Pro because it did not use google, and I upgraded to the P60 Pro for the same reason. I liked the phone and its new features, and regretted having to return it, but I had no choice. A phone that doesn't make or receive calls is worthless. I did not like all the MS apps Huawei now uses, and would have eliminated all of them had I kept the phone. Substitutes are available, many more now than a few years ago, and I have had no problems any of those apps.

Phone has the problem with network 🛜
I return the phone to NGP store in 7 days.NGP refund me my amount but they try to deduct restocking fee which was 117.So I call Amazon customer service and I explained them the problem with the phone. So Amazon did their part and NGP refund remaining amount. No more NGP I think 🤔 they are trying to play with software.phone network was bad 100%

Cannot compare to iPhone
This is promoted very hard from China and claimed that it is better than iPhone. Same as many Chinese products, Many features are too good to be too. It might work a little but not work for long. It is the product itself not the seller
