Can I wear this under my clothes?

Yes. The low-profile design can be worn under most loose-fitting clothing. For the best comfort, we recommend wearing it over a thin shirt or undershirt.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure around your abdomen at navel level. 3XL: 52–62 in (132–157 cm); 4XL: 62–74 in (157–188 cm); 5XL: 74–86 in (188–218 cm). If you're between sizes, choose the smaller size.

Does it have a pocket for hot or cold therapy?

Yes. The built-in large pocket is designed to hold most hot or cold therapy packs. Ice/heat packs are not included.

How should I clean the back brace?

Hand wash only with mild soap and cold water. Air dry completely. Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, or tumble dry.

Is this suitable for everyday wear?

Yes. The breathable, adjustable design provides comfortable compression for daily activities, work, walking, and light exercise.
