Sterilite 15 Quart Clear Stackable Plastic Storage Bins Container Box with Latching Lid for Home or Office Organization, Blue Summer (12 Pack)

I bought a set of 12 of these storage containers because I needed properly sized boxes to go with my new Amazon Basics 5-Shelf Adjustable Heavy Duty Storage Shelf Unit. We set up the shelves so that there are 3 sections 15” high and then there’s a slightly taller shelf at the bottom. With the 15” shelf openings, these fit PERFECTLY when arranged ) six to a shelf, three across and two stacked up with the narrow end showing. They hang off the shelf by a fraction of an inch, but not enough to be problematic or even all that noticeable. (See attached photo if that doesn’t make sense, though apologies that the photo is dark and spooky, just like the basement storage where it was taken!) I wanted something small so they didn’t get too heavy, but also large enough to fit most items, and these seemed like the perfect compromise.The locking handles seem to work well. Weight-wise, I’d say these are average for modern storage tubs. I’ve had both flimsier and heavier. They do have a chemical smell that I’m hoping will go away with time. I’m usually very bothered by smells and wouldn’t want one of these, say, next to my bed. But it’s fine for the basement and I’d take it over either damp musty storage smell or the possibility of pests from something non-plastic. There are a zillion choices for storage tubs, and most of them are probably more or less “fine.” But I’d definitely recommend these as a good option.

Just needed something transparent and affordable for under bed storage and these were perfect, much better than I was expecting. I did need to let them de-gas in the garage as you would expect for plastics of this size and quality but other than that, very sturdy and perfectly sized. I give it 4 wheeled latching boxes out of 4.

I ordered 12 large bins, one was cracked/busted in bottom corner, I reached out to the company and they refunded $11 for the damaged product, pretty cool!

I bought the ten pack and used to organize food on my boat. Just when I got to the bottom of the box the bottom 2 had beem hit at some toms and those were broke. I had 8 packed away and I would have to unpack them to return the box, so I had to eat 2 of them. They seem sturdy and at a good price just check all of them in case some are broke.

Sterilite storage is the best brand for any storage need. These containers can hold more weight than other brands without bending. I use these to store and transport glass candle containers for my business. You can safely stack many containers without worrying about bending and breaking. They are durable and I have used them for years without any cracking or breaking. Highly recommend!

I ordered 12 of these boxes, which are great. One of the 12 had the bottom broken in shipping. I contacted the company and they refunded me for the broken box. Very GREAT company! Thank you.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased these Sterilite Latching Storage Boxes. Sturdy, clear so you can see the contents, latches and stacks. Highly recommend.
