I have had this PC for a month. Received the W11 Pro activation code by chat/email through the manufacturer's website. A little patience, and a day's wait, and all worked fine. Use is for normal computer stuff, no gaming. Relaced a 10-year old Dell 7240 i7 and Dell dockng station. This computer is very powerful, fast, quiet, and small. Have it clipped to the back of a large-screen TV, using a wireless keyboard/mouse combo and a fiber optic WiFi 6 Gigabit wireless network. I am going to buy one or two more to clear desk space in the home office and kitchen. This factor form is the way to go for non-portable computing. Excellent product. Great price

I am giving it 5 stars, amazing value and price to performance. Cinebench R23 results 2938 multi core and 938 single core, basically obsoletes all older i5 computers with this palm sized pc. I observed max cpu power draw around 13w and it settled in between 8-10w under continuous load, no way to change that in the very basic bios unfortunately. Very responsive web browsing, 4k video playback, microsoft office and emails. If you need a computer to do computer things, this is all you will ever need, and its not even a compromise. I reset windows first thing and it took half an hour before it would authenticate my windows license after the reset. I sent a message to morefine through amazon and through the support email on their website about it and got responses from both requests within 24 hours. I could not get it to run over 60hz refresh rate on my 1080p 240hz monitor, not sure if it is their hdmi cable or just a limitation of the chip/pc. The power cable is very short, like 4ft so get an extension cord. You need to remove two of the rubber feet to use the vesa mount without bending it, no big deal but I am sure they will get lost if I ever want to use them again. The build is solid with an attractive metal case, and a very quiet fan, basically silent. I did install steam and the game Dredge and it played surprisingly ok, low 1080p settings and it would play a constant 40fps, amazing. My recommendation, buy a few of them and have them setup and ready, next time someone asks for help with their 10 year old computer/laptop just give them one of these, problem solved.

It's such a cute little machine, and it's more than capable of doing any one simple task at a time: checking email, browsing, watching a video, etc. but once you start trying to do more than one thing at a time, the CPU pegs at 100% and things start to slow down a little bit. This is perfectly understandable for an N100 processor, but keep that in mind.

I use it mostly for web based applications. I don't do gaming so not sure how well it would work for that. I used to hook my work monitor up to my laptop. Now I can just have this in my office and no need to transport my laptop every time I go into the office. Great price, compact and easy to set up. Comes with everything you need, except the monitor!

Installed the latest Ubuntu Studio (23.10), hooked up a Scarlett 2i2, Kontrol2 mixing surface, a 61 key midi controller, two monitors, a USB3 hard drive, and a Headrush MX5 - I have pipewire running with a 128 sample buffer with no overruns, performance is great for DAW work. Add to all of this, it takes up very little space and is very close to silent.This little computer is an astounding value for the price. I would not hesitate to recommend it to the Linux curious musician.

Would not activate windows, therefore useless.

Using Usb3.0 devices will affect the use of wireless keyboards

I bought this for the wife's vinyl cutter.Her laptop was old and it was starting to get painful watching the struggle to even open a file.This little unit is very impressive !We installed CS source on it just for giggles and it ran fine. Streamed 4k video from youtube without any lag. Yes I know this isnt 4K capable but it's still a 4k video.I got the lower spec'd version. Cant imagine what the higher one is capable of.
