I don't know if they did any good and they were quite difficult to swallow as they are big. Some pain has returned but I don't know if it was these that helped or the ginger ones that I got at the same time, or just coincidence. I will have to try them both separately to see what works :-/.

I would rate these higher as artichoke is a good supplement for detox but they are difficult to swallow it is not the size but the cumbersome shape they have been pressed in. The worst thing is I bought this mg size as I thought the higher mg would be difficult to swallow.
