My stomach generates too much acid when I eat fruits, so this Simply Fruits supplement was sent from haven right to my doorstep thanks to Amazon. Plus finding good quality and tasty fruits in stores is another story. Excellent supplement, buy it.

These even swallow quickly -- where my body / throat RESISTS alot of OTHER large capsules : another message that the body really wants these, and I seem to want MORE than the 3 capsules every time I take them !!

I think that the vast majority of supplements are snake oil and expensive ones at that. But I find it's hard to argue with these fruit capsules. You are getting dried and ground versions of real whole foods. It seems like a handy way to enhance a diet, especially if you are in a setting or mode where you can't get enough fruits in. I've enjoyed taking them on occasion. I don't take three a day. I just use them as needed. I can't speak to feeling any different for having noted some profound change, but I do feel assured that I am helping myself and not hurting myself.The capsules are a bit large as some people said but I didn't find any issues to try it taking them. I thought this was going to be a gummy because I didn't read closely but I think it's a better quality product as a capsule. Full price on these is almost $30 for a one month supply. I would reserve the use of these for special circumstances such as elders that really don't like to vary their diets anymore, etc.

I wish I knew about this product before. Even though I like fruit with, my busy daily routine I end up not eating it. This product saves my life.
