they do block out light
these do block out light, they are soft and lightweight, but i have deeper 3d masks that i prefer over this, but if you need just something to cover your eyes these will do it

Very Flat
This is a set of 2 sleep masks which are very flat on the outside, I've never seen this before. It looks odd, like they were cut out of a piece of black construction paper. They do have a 3D silhouette but it is shallow, not a thick foam, about .25". The mask does cover a large area, from the top of the mask to the bottom of the curve of each eye measures 3.25". There is an elastic band with velcro in the middle so you can adjust the fit. Being the mask is so flat, it does not completely conform to the contours of your face so I can still see light coming through the bottom near the nose. I just can't get past the weird flatness of this mask, not terrible but not great either.

Great Product
I sleep with a mask every night bc hubs likes to keep the TV on. This one is comfy and allows me to wash one while the other remains in my room.

Not comfortable and does not block much light.
I am not a fan of these masks. They are very stiff so they are uncomfortable. The edges are almost hard. This makes it impossible for the mask to form to your face to block out the light. I thought at first maybe they would soften after using them but after 2 weeks they were still very stiff and uncomfortable. Do not recommend.

A good night of sleep
I've used a couple different of these masks. This one has a soft border around the eyes which makes it harder to get light into it and it is overall pretty soft and comfortable. You can also adjust the band.

Does Not Block Out Light
To me, these look like cookie-cutter eye masks. They are completely flat on one side and then has eye indentations on the other side. The indentations are not deep enough to not press against my eyes so they almost might as well not be indented. Also, because of the flat design, I could still see light around the mask because it didn't seal around your face securely. I also do not like the velcro strap that goes around your head. I'd much rather there be an adjustable buckle to tighten or loosen the mask. The velcro only goes so far so the end that isn't attached to velcro begins to curl. This is not going to do it for me.

Nicely Constructed, Comfortable, But Slight Light Seepage
What I like about these two masks is that they are lightweight, well constructed, and the molded rings around the eyes allow me to blink without the fabric of the mask rubbing against my eye lashes.I like the elastic headbands with ample Velcro strip closures that felt good in use.I also liked the price of $11.99 for the two, at the time of this review. What I didn't like about the masks was the slight light seepage at the bottom. As much as I tried to get them to mold to my face, they would spring back and always leak a bit at the bottom.I was looking for complete darkness from these masks. I would have given them 5 stars but for the slight light seepage.

Quality construction but doesn't block out all light and contouring is not deep enough
You get two lightweight adjustable masks that are well constructed. I was drawn to these because the description stated that they were Milksilk 3d Contour Masks. I have been on the hunt for softer 3D masks to sleep in so I thought this might be it. These are fine to use as a blindfold if pulled low down over the nose but they don’t completely block out light or your vision — if you lift up your head and look down you can see without obstruction as there is a gap under the nose and eye area even with it adjusted to be a snug fit. These just aren’t the best for a sleep mask. I don’t mind a mask without 3D contouring if it is silky soft, and I love 3D masks as they don’t press on the eyes and block out light, so the softness of the fabric isn’t as important. However with these masks, the 3D contouring is not deep enough so you can still feel the mask pressing on the eyes and the milk silk just doesn’t feel like silk to me. It feels like a standard contour sleep mask.
