SmooSat E9 Electric Scooter for Kids

Works exactly as the videos show, battery life could be better BUT it’s amazing for my super close work commute. Plus I plug it in after each use. Charges right, up so I never let it die out completely. Follow the instructions and you’ll do amazing! Takes me about 3mins after kick off to get half a mile away. And 6mins home because it’s a slight up hill increase the whole way. I’m 5’1” and about 110lbs and I can reach top speed on the highest setting on flat sidewalks, down hill I fly feels way faster than top speed and the up hill takes more kicking and leg work cause well it’s uphill lol! But the motor does take off and has power! We’ll see how long it last. But so far I’m 2 weeks in scootering to and from work 5days a week! It’s fun and cute! Enjoying my lil rides, it’s beautiful here who knew lol and all for Zero gas!! That’s the best part!!! I saw a review about living blocks away from their office that is exactly what I needed too. I bought it immediately..so if that’s you too, treat your self!*not a paid or sponsored review at all, I spent my hard earned money on this my self. Actually I never leave reviews but this was a good buy and I had to share because I researched Amazon listings for the best bang for your buck for days and this is it... Even if it only last a month that’s what you would of spent on gas to get to work anyways but now you have a cool lil eScooter! Enjoy summer and get out there! Gas free!

The media could not be loaded. I Bought this scooter on Dec 4 2022 and it doesn't work anymore. The charger stays green which means I can't tell if I need to charge it or not. and when I try to turn it on a green light appears and that's it. I can't turn on the motor or anything a waste of money. I've contacted customer services since it should be covered under their limited warranty but I wonder if they will get in contact with me. I will update this comment if they do and if they don't so we will see soon.Received a new battery not too long ago and this is a video of my son riding his scooter so far so good the customer service was fast understanding and very nice. I would recommend the scooter.

UPDATED: customer service has been nonexistent. I have sent three E-mails and haven’t received any response. Extremely disappointed and will be steering all of our kids’ friends away from this company.Ripping people off with a poor quality product.Original Post:Reached out to their customer service in hopes that a few months of usage is not the intended quality expectations. This scooter looks practically brand new but no longer works.My son used rarely over the last few months and now the scooter won’t charge/turn on.It seems to be a trend complaint that the battery goes dead far too quickly. I would have expected more for the price tag. Hoping the company responds. Will keep Amazon’s customers updated on if we get a response!Fingers crossed that my kiddo isn’t disappointed.

UPDATE: 1/13/2023The seller reached out and sent out another scooter. They were very kind and easy to work with. We live in WA and we have had non-stop rain here so we have not been able to test this one out yet. But so far it charges and turns on so we are doing better than last time. I truly appreciate the company sending another scooter. I will update again when we actually get to ride it.It is important to note that the below comment was me dealing with Amazon, not the seller.WARNING DO NOT BUY!!! If I could give this zero stars I would. I bought this scooter and it showed up without a charger. Amazon replaced the item to provide me with a charger. I followed instructions on charging and set it up for Christmas morning as my son's Santa gift. It literally worked for 5 min!!! It now won't turn on or off even with additional charging. I contacted Amazon and was told that they can not do anything for me. The only option for me is to buy another scooter at a price that is now $70 more than I originally purchased it for! Absolutely terrible!!

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it! Battery life is pretty good, can't ride it all day but they don't claim you can anyway. She is 120lbs but that doesn't seem to slow the scooter down. Very happy with our purchase.Update....Bought this scooter in September and it worked great. It will now only go for about 2 minutes before the motor shuts off and it coasts to a stop. Sent a message to the manufacturer to see if this can be resolved.Update....Company has been wonderful and very responsive. They are getting us up and running and my daughter couldn't be happier!!

Purchased for my child and he got a lot of fun out of it. Absolutely enjoyed the scooter. Then battery went bad, we kept it in the house and charged regularly but out of nowhere the battery just went bad. Contacted customer service and they did not hesitate to send new battery. They even reached out to make sure that it was working once I recieved the battery. They also offered to send a backup battery. They were very very quick with responding to emails. For this I would recommend them.
