I plan on using this for primarily lockers, whether for travel or gym purposes. I travel solo a lot, and often utilize hostels with female dorms. Most hostels provide a locker of some sort but locks aren’t always provided. I used to have a combo lock à la a high school locker, but all of that finicky turning annoys and exhausts me to no end. So, the search for a simple yet durable keyed lock began. I scoured a myriad of options on Amazon and my local hardware stores, but settled on this one from the high reviews of others.It arrived incredibly fast, in a small paper box along with two other orders of mine. Upon opening the small but heavy package I saw that I was given the dense lock with three keys. I do not dabble in lock picking, so I cannot attest to its impenetrability; however I can ascertain that it seems the affordability pairs well with its durable construction. The keys aren’t flimsy either. It kept my belongings safe whilst on my recent trip and, though heavy, it didn’t add a significant weight to my backpack. The key didn’t bend or break either.All in all, I do recommend this lock!

I was using a small suitcase lock on my gate when I noticed it was full of rust. When I read the description of these locks I didn’t hesitate buying a set. I received 2 locks and they each have their own keys. The lock fits perfectly on my gate latch. A very sturdy lock and a definite deterrent for anyone even thinking about getting thru my gate.

These locks as a pair are not keyed the same. Identical, it can be difficult to know which keys go with which lock. The longer shackles allow for more applications, and limit others. Resistant to bumps and pulls, these locks will secure most objects. Testing is ongoing, but the preliminary results are they hold for now.

The locks are keyed separately. I wanted them the same but that is my fault because the description clearly indicated they were keyed separately. I have them on my gates. I bought hoping they will not rust and so far they have not. I will update in a few months and hopefully no rust.

Well Made

Long shackles on these locks are good anywhere that double locks are required. I expect the brass to better resist rust and last longer than two years before they seize up like the steel locks. These are larger than expected and were put then into use immediately.I'm glad I received the locks after one attempt where Amazon sent an empty mailer that was missing a seal.Nice locks.

These locks are simple and effective, but I wouldn’t trust them securing extreme valuable items. I use these to keep my shed door locked out in the rain or shine and haven’t had any issues. 2 locks with 4 keys total and the 4 keys work with both locks. I like that I can keep keys spread around so I always have a key available to open the locks. Nothing special, just get the job done.

I was looking for keyed-alike locks for off-road trailers. These are individually keyed with no number or markings to differentiate them from each other.
