After a lot of measurements and research, I chose this filing cabinet for the combination of being the right size and reasonably priced.It looks great and it is very functional - I got the White/cream color.I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the bottom right front corner was crumpled, and it takes a number of hours to assemble.I didn't return it because the wall mostly hides the metal distress and I didn't want to go through the hassle.

The media could not be loaded.  When I received the rectangular box, my heart skipped a beat!!!How the heck would I put this puzzle together?I thought of ways to RETURN IT!BUT I decided to open the box. Read the instructions, familiarize myself with parts and go for it...So I went for it!!! I went straight for it in the fridge - a cold beer!Second step, go for the challenge.I live alone and have perfect peace and quiet to do this.So I did it. I took photos of every step so you can find solice in my misery as you venture on your own path to put this cabinet together.I will tell you that I am very proud of myself! I PUT IT TOGETHER ALONE -- NO MAN IN SIGHT!Now, I will brag about it to the men who told me to hire a "guy" to do this for me!Go ladies!!!!

We had issues with the product but the vendor took care of and resolved them.

The locking bar interface on a drawer may not arrive in the correct position and have to be moved. Other than that, assembly was clearly explained and pictured, as well as easily accomplished. One-person assembly is easily done.

Ordered this 4 drawer cabinet after 3 years of pilling documents around the house.Delivery was not great, was marked delivered a day earlier. I searched and asked neighbors after reviewing my security camera footage and not seeing anyone attempting to make a delivery, there was no package to be found.Contacted seller the following day, they contacted me back and apologized for whatever happened, and they immediately contacted their logistics office and had a replacement shipped.Package arrived 5 days later in good condition. And yes, it is a heavy cabinet.Assembly did took me 3 hours, I was not rushing around it. Cabinet uses bending tabs and screws for assembly, threw me off for a minute, but never had put one together before. Nothing hard except for tabs, had to use a flat heat to start them, and then used the screwdriver handle to push tabs flat.WARNING: self tapping screws, they are sharp, do not overestimate them!Glad I finally made this purchase....now to have fun organizing and filling 3 years worth of documents....gah...

Needed a bigger allen wrench

Great product! Great price! Great quality! Exactly what I needed to organize my disorganized paperwork! Assembly did take 2+ hours and be sure to spread out all the parts first (you need room to assemble the product!). Easy-to-follow directions (no words, just pictures). Be sure to use a better phillipshead screwdriver (the one supplied is too small and flimsy)! All parts fit together nicely but it did take a lot of screwing in tight places especially in assembling the drawers but once you do one drawer the other three are easy. The finished product looks and works great -- drawers slide easily! An added bonus...unlike some cabinets, here all four drawers lock!!! I'd really like to shake the hand of the person who designed it!

I really wanted to like this. Assembly was a pain but that’s to be expected. Once I got it all together and put the drawer in the metal slide on one side fell apart. Two bearing strips were on the floor after (see picture). I literally spent an hour sitting on the floor trying to figure out how to put the slide back together but couldn’t.There is no customer service information in the box. I’d have been happy to wait a few days for a replacement slide but I had no idea who to call or email. I googled the name Fesbos but couldn’t find any corporate website. I used Amazon chat for help but they can’t do anything but returns (no parts replacements). So I spent another hour disassembling the thing and boxing it up. UPS will pick up tomorrow.Overall if it hadn’t fallen apart I think I’d have liked it. It’s not commercial grade but seemed good for home use. It seemed sturdy when I got it all put together. I wish there had been customer service contact information in the box.
