Not for silent practice but sounds amazing when plugged in. There was a small mark in the veneer but nothing a pretty sticker won't fix. Just need to get the practice in now

G string is very poor
I can't get the string to remain tuned. Obviously this violin was at the cheaper end of the market but it looks like I an going to have to pay for a new set of strings before I can play it.On the plus side, it is light to hold and very pretty.

but there have been annoying tuning problems
My daughter likes it, but there have been annoying tuning problems. Also the connection with amp keeps getting lost. I will try a new cable and if that doesn't fix it, I will send it back (which is a pain of course).
