l have just ordered my second lot of these pills. l have had mild m.e. for quite a while and have taken Q10 before but usually from a supermarket. Anything to boost my energy is always gratefully received and these certainly seem to do just that. This product is absolutly wonderful. Unlike other Co Q10 gel capsules it is easier to swallow as it is a suitable size and shape. It is also superbly priced.I would reccomend this product to anyone in need of Co Q10.
