I received this Mia 2 on 12/25/23, a Christmas gift from my daughter. It worked great x 3 months until it needed to be charged. I charged it overnight, and it worked great x 1 week. Now it’s completely dead and will not recharge at all. The deadline for returns was 1/31/24. Not helpful. I’ve tried going on the Clarisonic website for help, as the product’s box states there’s a 90-day money back guarantee, but the search states “this site cannot be reached” on multiple devices. How convenient…DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! $140 WASTED!

I have charged mine a few times and it still works. I can’t really say anything about the product because I started with the just plain Mia. Its what I’m looking for. Too bad when they stoppedmaking them.

Purchased the Clarisonic at the end of January. Stopped working one month after purchase. It won’t charge and I can hear water inside. I never used inside the shower.Very disappointed. I am passed the return window.$100 wasted

This is the second Mia 2 my wife has owned. The first went more than 5 years working perfectly then it just wouldn't turn on, although it would charge. After daily use for that period of time it was a bit disappointing but we replaced it. She loves this brush, it makes her skin so soft and helps defy the insult of daily outdoors exposure. Easy to use, works with lots of cleaning products. The Clarisonic brushes are way overpriced and should be changed frequently, so this is a dissatisfier. But, she has used some aftermarket brushes at less cost with equal success which keeps the lifetime cost for this product down.

The media could not be loaded. This brush is an investment in facial skincare. It uses sonic vibration to gently lift away dirt and whatnot. It doesn't rotate or scrub and irritate your skin. You can order (separately) different brush heads depending on your needs. I like that it gives you a little prompt when it's time to switch to a different section of your face. I will say that when you wet the brush head and apply it to your skin it drips, but washing my face with my hands is messy and doesn't feel nearly as nice. I like the cleanser that came with it, but I have normal skin, neither oily nor dry, so I'm pretty universal in that area. The brush holds a great charge, and come with a magnetic charger. The paperwork says it's shower safe, but I prefer to wash my face over the sink and then follow up with my skincare regime. Clarisonic has been a "big" name in skincare for years and it's easy to see why.

I have owned a Clarisonic Mia for years. I love my Clarisonic and use it every day. I have yet to find any skin cleansing devices that cleans as well as a Clarisonic. However a few years ago they stopped selling it. The Clarisonic is the best built skincare devices I've ever owned and I've owned many. It's been with me onto car trips and flights to many different places and countries. Every time I dropped it in the shower, I worry how can I go on without it. But miraculously it lives. I use my old Mia almost daily and only recharge once a month or two. When I travel overseas a few weeks with it, I didn't even need to bring the charger. This Mia 2 works just like my old Mia, except with brand new battery.My old Clarisonic brush heads, storage case, and new brush heads I got from Amazon all fit this. I am so happy to see these Mia 2 available on Amazon as well the replacement brush heads. Also available are all kinds of brush heads for different skin types and different seasons. I don't use the included cleanser so can not comment on that. I am so happy that a new sibling can accompany me for another part of my life journey. Welcome back, Clarisonic!
