Q: Will it fit someone that normally wears 6xl?

I am an Asian size 5-6x and US size 3x. I have a 55in bust and it fits fine and a little loose on me. It shrinks a little if you wash but stretches out again when ironed and worn.

Q: Can you wear to grocery store?

I think it all depends upon the age of the person wearing it! I absolutely love this caftan, it is so cute and I am wearing it now! I think if I were younger, I'm 77 years old, I would! I have 5 caftans and this is my favorite! :-)
