I got these for my wife as she works comic conventions, and they're very loud. Her hearing isn't the best in ideal conditions, so this was a good test. So far they've worked out great.The ear pieces are pretty small, and look more like earbuds than a hearing aid. They definitely amplify the sound you want to hear. But the best part of these is the noise cancelling feature. That has made a significant difference in her ability to interact with customers. The noise cancelling works great. At least on par if not better than many branded headsets I've tried over the years. I tried these as well to see how they worked.Not sure how long they really last, but they lasted a full day without needing to be recharged. Overall a good option if you don't want to get a full blown "official" hearing aid via prescription.

I have pulsatile tinnitus (a whooshing noise in the ear) which affects my hearing some days. These hearing aids are the perfect device to help me. They are rechargeable and come in a recharging case that plugs in. The top of the device doesn’t click in place which I dislike but isn’t a deal breaker. They charge very fast which was a good surprise. They are small and easily fit inside your ear without being bulky after wearing for a little while it’s not noticeable to me that I even have them in my ear. The sound is amazing. I can hear conversations being had in the next room which I couldn’t hear without the hearing aid in. There is no feedback when you have them at the correct proper volume for yourself. I do find if I try to turn the volume up too much I hear a loud sound which lets me know to lower it slightly for the perfect sound. I don’t need to wear them daily which is how I know the battery lasts I can go a few days without even needing to charge them and when I go to use them they still have full charge. I am very impressed with the quality and highly recommend them.

In theory these are fabulous. Compact charging case. Charges quickly. Lasts a long time. Intuitive operation. Comfortable to wear.But doesn't work. Zero amplification. One star for being fair to middling ear plugs.

My dad tried to use them complained about picks up all the background noise. Watching tv he could hear the air filter over the tv.

I have tried others and there was always that high pitched squeal that I could never get to stop. I didn't have that problem with these hearing aids.Upon opening the box, I immediately charged them with the included USB cable. While they were charging I read through the manual. It was easy to understand and had very easy to understand pictures also.When the hearing aids were charged fully I then turned the volume down before putting them in my ears. No squeal. I then turned the volume up so I could find a comfortable volume for me and the volume was easy to adjust when the hearing aids were in my ears. And still no squeal.The hearing aids come with a case and you put them in the case to charge them. The case also charges so when you put the hearing aids in to the case, they will charge up using the charge that is in the case. The one thing I do not care for, is the cover to the case comes off completely. I would prefer an attached cover because in my world, it is very easy to misplace covers. Without the cover, dust and pet hair would find its way into the case and possibly ruin the charging capabilities.Besides the case and manual, you also get 2 different sizes of ear tips. The Medium size is on when you first purchase them. There are very clear instructions on how to change the ear tip in case the one that is on is too large or too small.Also included is the USB cable to charge the hearing aids, and the cleaning tools and wax guards.I am very happy with these hearing aids.

I am able to hear in most circumstances, but when I get into a crowded room, I can't hear the person in front of me talking. These worked great, I used them when my wife and I went to a noisy restaurant, and I was able to drown out the background noise and carry on a conversation with her. I have been told that I do not have anything wrong with my hearing, but I can't remember when I could hear in a crowd, but with these, I have something that will allow me to stay engaged, instead of withdrawing like I normally do.

Fits in my ear comfortably. I was afraid of getting feedback from my hair, but so far so good. Fairly easy to adjust the volume. The portable charging case is very nice, but would be nicer if the top attached to the base. So far I'm very happy with them. I plan to just use one at a time.
