This protein powder tastes really good and mixes really well. It has a thick consistency once mixed which is really good. I enjoy drinking it after my workouts or even as a meal replacement.

Swanson is a well known brand and they didn’t disappoint with this. I’m a big fan of most of their foods and especially their pre-workout supplement. This protein powder is another winner because it has everything I look for in protein powders. High 25g of protein, quality ingredients, and is low in sugar.It also mixed well with my oatmeal. As a post workout shake it blended well with my other supplements like creatine, frozen banana and blueberries. But I did notice a slightly gritty texture, which could be due to not blending it enough.The protein powder has only 140 calories per serving, so perfect putting on lean muscle without the bulk Nonetheless, it's a great choice for anyone seeking a protein powder supplement.

This powder has a very good calorie to protein ratio that I appreciate. The label says that it has a blend of the different protein types which is also a plus. I just can’t stand proprietary blends on labels, I understand why companies do it but there are so many options on the market now that do not have proprietary blends it just doesn’t make sense anymore . This nutrition label has two proprietary blends but everything else on the label looks very good . Overall, this is a solid product that is worth trying but unfortunately you can’t compare this with others out there because of the proprietary blends. So in the end , you don’t know all of what you’re paying for.

Not bad! I lost my shaker cup, without one it's only slightly lumpy. I mixed mine with fairlife skim milk. A good amount of protein and a decent flavor. A tiny bit less sweetener would be appreciated, but I think all of these chocolate flavored drinks are overly sweet. I have tried quite a few before and after my weight loss surgery as they are a staple of my diet. Taste fine for what it is.

This whey protein by Swanson works the vanilla flavor really well. It's not on the boring side and actually tastes pretty good. It's slightly on the pricey side but the combination of taste and texture are a winning formula for a protein powder. It's fairly low in calories but high at 25g of protein per serving.

I mixed this Swanson Full Potential Whey Protein – Chocolate flavor supplement with milk and it make a thick chocolatey delicious shake. It is filling and satisfies my chocolate craving. It has just a bit of that sucralose aftertaste but that is better than it being full of sugar. With less than 1g of sugar and 25 grams of protein per serving, this is a great for after a workout or as a meal replacement.
