I had ordered 3 pairs of these chairs for our dining table .Chairs are sturdier and are of good built. It elevated my dining area’s look.I did receive one chair that was partially damaged but the seller was kind enough to address this concern and send the replacement of that one chair while amazon only allowed return.

Product appears good, strong & stylish; however, quality control is lacking as one of the chairs is unbalanced & shaky. Furthermore, thermocol, a banned item has been used for packaging! Pls have the seller/ transporter collect these immediately from my delivery location & as a responsible e-tailer, pls take an undertaking from all sellers that they are not using any banned substances whilst shipping goods! As a customer, I don't know how this should now be disposed off when the sellers negligence is passed onto me!

I bought these chairs 2 months back and very happy with this.The quality is very good and value for money.One of the chair got some damage but the company has send a new piece within a week time to replace the damaged one. Very professional and focused in customer satisfaction.High quality meterial used and it is durable. Overall very happy with the quality of the product and the customer service.
