Great value easy to fit and top quality very pleased.

I fitted this tap today after excellent next day seevice from Amazon which offered the product at a great price compared to and other retailers.It was easy to fit despite the fact that I couldn't use the top fit Easy fit method as the hole in my one and a half bowl ceramic sink access was too small. With the aid of my wife we fitted from the underside not a problem just a bit more fiddly.The fact that the shut off valves and tap tails were supplied was a pleasant bonus, the tap looks fantastic, works very well and all was completed in just over an hour, thank you Bristan, I'm sure it will last well even with the 5 Year warranty which I hope will not be used.

I initially ordered a different tap off here for £20 which looked similar but was total rubbish and when fitted it leaked so it went straight back. You get what you pay for so decided to buy this one instead and I am so glad I did. It feels really solid and high quality. You get two flexible tails complete with service valves which saved me some money. The design looks great and the ability to fit and secure it to the sink from the top is an excellent idea. Looks great when installed and has a very smooth action of spout swivel and on/off lever. My only issue is that there was no aerator fitted, it was just a plastic insert which makes sure the water flows straight down into the bowl. Fortunately, the one from the tap being replaced fitted and it makes such a difference to the operation - no hot spots in the water flow when hand washing, looks better and saves water - perfect. Bristan, if you are reading, fit an aerator.

I struggled to fit a cheap and cheerless tap supplied with a fitted kitchen.It wouldn’t centre, it wouldn’t clamp down, the under sink bracket bent and when fitted it leaked from the spout to tap join ~ hours wasted and a rubbish tap ready for the bin.I looked on Amazon for a good tap at a good price.This Bristan tap has an easy fit attachment and it’s brilliant.Old tap out, clean it all up and follow Bristan instructions.Start by putting the unique tap base into the sink from the top !!!!Clamp it up from the top, a revelation ~ so simple.Join up the tap tails according to instructions.Lubricate and fit the excellent quality chrome tap using the unique Bristan system.Test tap ~ PERFECT first time ~ OUTSTANDING.Don’t waste you time on a cheap tap, get a quick fit Bristan and save all that frustration.I’m buying showers and taps for two bathrooms and I’m only looking at quick fit BRISTAN brassware.British quality, easy fitting and spare parts available ~ BRILLIANTLY BRISTAN

Had to replace previous tap as water started coming out of holes in the main section, looked around and found these with an easy fit system. Have to say that I am very please, and I am not a plumber. Youe have to ensure that the fittings you have will take the fittings in the tap which are standard, but if any previous installation uses pre-threaded tubes then this would have to be removed (Which I had to do). Cut these off and cleaned the pipes with wet and dry sandpaper for good clean join then started installation. Took a lot longer to take old tap off due to corrotion than it did to fit new one, onces old tap was off it was really easy to fit new one. Do ensure you use the stabaliser included, as some basins are not very strong and the tap will flex when used if not. Installation took about 15 minutes and could not be happier. Will buy this make again.

I don’t normally leave feedback on products, but I felt I needed to with this Bristan tap.What a first class product. So much easier to fit and install than your “standard taps/fittings”. Managed to fit this in about 15 minutes- and that’s with only one hand!!Well worth forking out that little extra for the quality and ease of fitting.Well done Bristan. Top quality product 👍

Bought and fitted this tap a couple of months ago. It was very easy to fit and works really well. Looks good when in place and it was at an excellent price.

After having put up with a dripping kitchen tap for too long, it was time to get a replacement. I have had Bristan taps in my bathroom and they are far superior quality to the one I had in the kitchen, so I decided to go with that make. I was advised by a plumber to get a tap of this style rather than the arched style that I had gone for which apparently is more likely to drip.The tap came neatly boxed with all that you need. The tap was relatively easy to fit, although it was my plumber, who did this rather than me! it works very well and looks sturdy and durable. If I’m honest I prefer the style of my arched tap more, but at the end of the day I would prefer to have a style I didn’t like quite as much but didn’t drip. It’s. not that it’s ugly, in fact far from it, it’s just different to what I used to.The price I paid was a lot less than I saw elsewhere online so I am happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a new tap. I live in a hard water area this means that taps etc can corrode quicker, but for now everything is good, and I’m enjoying the silence from the previous dripping tap!
