One that will stay with me!
Oh. My. Freaking. God.Just had to begin with that! I'm slightly ashamed to say that this is my first ever read by T M Frazier even though it has been sat on my kindle for months - but now I really wish I had read it sooner! I really struggled with writing this review and keeping it concise as the story really tugged at my emotions - a long time since that's happened! (Though it's still a long ass review - sorry!)I like that we get to meet King at the beginning in the prologue, and how he founded his life long friendship with Preppy - it really helped to give some background and understanding to the rest of the story.Back in the present day we meet Doe - a girl living on the streets after she had an accident and awoke with no memory, and the police had no record of her. She befriends Nikki - a drug user and hooker of sorts - and they stumble upon King's welcome home from prison party, looking for a biker to "take care" of them. Doe walks in on King in a compromising position, and from then on I could feel the tension and knew I was in for a rocky ride.Throughout the story King and Doe had a love/hate relationship. But one thing they had in common - they were both scared. Doe, because she had no idea who she was, where she came from. King, because this girl who just appeared in his life, had brought out something he'd never had before. I just knew, under his bad ass exterior, that there was love and care lurking in there. King is the kind of character you expect to hate, and for the things he has done, and does, you should; but no, I loved him from the very beginning!I was dying to find out more about Doe, and once I knew that King knew all about her, I wanted to race through the book. But I didn't, as I wanted to enjoy it, get lost in it, too. I felt so much for her, just couldn't imagine what it's like to have no memory of your past life. And to be scared of this "family" you have become a part of, yet love them at the same time. That takes me on to Preppy. Oh Preppy. I adore him! He is tough, but sweet, and the comedy moments that came from his mouth, had me in stitches! But he broke my heart. I'm dying to get onto his story. And Bear, more of a minor character, but still adds a great depth to the story.Frazier's writing just had me drawn in so much, the character development was strong. The story was dark, unpredictable, but a rollercoaster of emotions. There was laughter, tears, and gasp out loud moments especially toward the end, leading to one hell of a cliffhanger!King is written in dual POV and I would have liked more from King, but as I loved the story so much I'll forgo that with my rating. A super amazing 5* for this. One that will certainly stay with me.

Love Preppy (oh, and King)!!!
Who wouldn’t love a King especially one that is brooding, gorgeous, sensitive, caring and downright dangerous. Yes, Brantley King is a bad boy trying to live life under a shadow of previous wrongdoings whilst trying to clean up his image in order to cut a path towards a happy future. The story starts with a bit of history as we witness King and his new side-kick Preppy establish a life-long bond that will see highs, lows, happiness and sadness. Each with their own tragic background as children, King and Preppy are determined to find a way to wealth and happiness in any way they can, legally or illegally. King’s past is painful but Preppy’s is heartbreaking and I quickly fell in love with this special character as we experience his own special brand of “Preppiness”.By comparison, Doe doesn’t have any memory from her past. After waking up in hospital and not remembering who she is or anything about her life to date, she is taken to live in a house where she fears for her life and determined not to be used as a sex toy, she flees onto the streets and tries to survive against her biggest enemy, hunger. After being “saved” by Nikki, she is taken under her wing and shown a possible future but it’s not one that Doe is comfortable with. After going with Nikki to a party, Doe quickly becomes fearful of her surroundings and the MC club she has found herself in the presence of. Escaping upstairs she stumbles across the enigmatic King, green eyes blazing, as he screws the girl he’s just tattooed. Eyes drawn to each other, King and Doe can’t fight their attraction but it’s when Nikki causes a scene that King decides that Doe, or Pup, is to become his property in order to pay off Nikki’s debt and to help him to change the life of one special family member.Doe and King fight. Doe wants to leave but has no-where to go. King wants to keep her but still pushes her away but it’s not long that King realises that this little doe-eyed girl is playing on his mind as he sets out to bring her home, to his home.Living a dual life isn’t easy for Doe as she desperately tries to find out who she is and to protect her previous self from possible life choice errors. King, on the other hand knows exactly who she is but doesn’t tell her.The story continues twisting its way towards the inevitable cliffie as we get to know more about King, Preppy, their friend and local VP, Bear and of course Doe. It’s not long before they become firm friends but will Doe ever be ready to move on with a life that she has no past memory of?I found this story a little slow to develop. I loved the characters from the start and I quickly became captivated by their complexities but I felt that I was still waiting for the story to catch up. By 50% things were looking up but then it slowed before and explosive ending. Don’t get me wrong, the story was enjoyable just a little drawn out for my liking. There were emotional highs and lows in this story. I laughed at times and cried at others. Personally, I found myself wanting the story to head in Bear’s direction rather than to continue with King but that’s probably the MC book fan in me getting distracted. King is a loveable character though but it was Preppy who stole my heart.

5 Epic KING Stars!!!! Spellbinding!!
Holy S***... KING by T.M. Frazier was a F*&%$ING BRILLIANT EPIC READ!!!! Pardon my language, but this book was just everything I expected and so much more. It was raw, dark, sensual, captivating, gritty, and an emotional journey that had all the FEELS. This book will grip you to the core and leave you begging for more of KING and his intense personality!!T.M. Frazier's writing was intoxicating, spellbinding, and hypnotic that you couldn't put this book down. It is one of the reads that you had to devour but at the same time savor. The writing and storytelling was just so gripping that Ms. Frazier literally played and toyed with every emotions. She was like a puppet master who had our emotions on strings. And when you thought you were finally getting to that part of the story where you could feel at ease, Ms. Frazier just had to rip and gut your heart out. Yes, it's one of those reads that plucked, pulled, and toyed with every range of emotions. You wanted to shout, cry, hate, love, and scream WHY KING WHY!! I must be a glutton for punishment because I LOVED EVERY SINGLE MOMENT of this emotional, dark, gritty, cruel and raw read.If you are looking for a book hero that will open up doors and whisper sweet nothings in your ear, then I'm sorry to disappoint you because KING is none of that. But if you are looking for a hero who acts on his emotions, a total bad ass alpha male hero, a ruthless killer, and who doesn't take s*** from no one, then look no further than KING. King, is a ruthless criminal who recently just got of prison serving for a crime that changed his outlook and purpose in life. There are three things that matters to King... Max, Preppy, and Doe.Doe is a homeless young girl who has no recollection of her past hence the name "Doe". When she finds herself at one King's house party, she didn't expect a circumstance of events would leave her in bed with a monster. King makes it known she belongs to him. His possession. His to take. Simply, his. But through time her perception of him changes. The man she sees as the devil and monster soon transforms into a man that she needs, wants and craves. A man who gives Doe a reason to be alive. The relationship of Doe and King is not a kind of relationship that can be described as simple. It is one that is complicated but a tangible bond that can't be described by words alone. It's a bond that is deep, raw, heartfelt, palpable, and gritty. It is the kind of love that can destroy you but at the same time give you a meaning to fight and live for. So with no recollection of her past, Doe leans on King and submits to him fully. The walls that surrounds King's heart are crumbling because Doe is the only one who can make him FALL. She gives him hope. His light in the darkness. But what happens when the truth is finally revealed of Doe's identity, can she truly belong to him?In all honesty, this book is one of those reads that is on my list of favorite reads of 2015. A book of this magnitude really showcases how resilient, raw, captivating, spell-binding and bewitching Doe, King, Preppy and Bear are in this book. What I love about this story is how T.M. Frazier can grip us with her masterful storytelling. She makes you FEEL and EXPERIENCE every heartbreak, anger, lust, hatred, and sorrow of all her characters. When a book can leave you breathless and in awe, then you know you have read an amazing book. And that was what KING was for me. Ms. Frazier did a phenomenal job interweaving so many raw elements but at the same time gave us a story with so much depth, honesty, grit, and palpable emotions. She was able to elevate this story to another level where you saw that looks can be deceiving and not to judge a character by their appearance. I want to thank Ms. Frazier for introducing readers to a complicated and complex hero that has stole my heart. So if you are looking for a book where you are taken down a dark, raw journey that has possibility of a luminous and hopeful ending then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to read KING.~Michelle of Four Chicks Flipping Pages

WOW...King...OMG...and then Tyrant...AWESOME
So these books just blew me away in every sense possible. The emotional level, the physical...everything about these books is absolutlyintens and even with the way of all this swearing, tonns of awful language....but in my oppinion it just needed to be this way...so you could feel everything..and boy !!! you will feel everything right to your bones. Bad and good...Perfect !I would give it even more then 5 stars and after the first book "King" I had to read the second one"Tyrant" as well. Awesome, both of them. Tyrant picks up right where King ended. Both books are raw and so intense, emotionally...at points it rips out your heart, but in the same wayyour heart will swell to the point of bursting. Feeling overload and when the really bad s*** is happening...well let me put it this way...it just blew my f***** mind away.Doe and King ... two totally different persons ...but in the end not so different at all...AND PREPPY :) he is such a sick guy and the most loyal friend and a wonderful characterin this story. He was just right for this story. So in total, I really loved these two books, they are different, rip through your heart andpice it back together. If you don't mind, very strong abuse, total dirty language and absolutly intense, raw and hot as hellsex scence...and you are able to look behind all this....then my dear you will enjoy two awesome books !
