The purse is so pretty. And fragile. I just gave it to my daughter for Christmas and when she was looking at it I noticed a area on the side that wasn't full of bling. I took a closer look and noted that the layer of rinestones were not linked together. But I think if I take some thread and see the little tiny mesh loops together it should be ok. Just be careful. This purse is very likely to tear judging by my observations
