Red HeartSuper Saver Yarn, Solid-Dusty Grey

I normally make white, black, soft navy, and burgundy Red Heart for my crocheting. For the heck of it I tried the gray, and I'm very pleased with my finished work.

This yarn is fine. Its not expensive and that shows. I've used this quality yarn before for knitting and it's been ok but as a beginner at crochet it was challenging forme at times because the threads would separate

I've been using RH for years, and I was surprised to find the low price on this yarn. I'm in the process of making a baby blanket for a coworker's family. Very easy yarn to work with, and may need to use some softener to help with the end result of the project.

If you're ordering multiple skeins for a single project, make sure you check them all closely before getting started! I ordered 4 and got started right away. Unfortunately, after using up the first skein, I realized that it was much thinner than the other 3, which were all thicker. I had to scrap that entire first piece and start over completely because it was just too much of a difference for the part I started with, but will probably be fine later on for finishing. I haven't used Super Saver in a while but don't remember having this particular problem before, so this was pretty disappointing. Nice color though.

I usually use Red Heart Super Saver. So I’m familiar with how the well the yarn works up in my piece of work. Needed a lighter shade from charcoal grey, which I love, dusty grey was the right shade I needed.
