My three foster kittens and I are loving this fountain! The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow, so assembly was a breeze. Being the curious creatures they are, the kittens ran over to investigate and immediately began drinking (and playing, of course). I left their regular water bowl out just in case they didn't take to the fountain right away, but they haven't gone near their water bowl since. I don't like to leave large water bowls out for kittens, so I love that the drinking area is shallow yet the tank capacity is 2 liters. That means not having to frequently refill water bowls or worry that they run out of water. I also like that the fountain parts (aside from the pump, of course) are dishwater safe, and the filter can be cleaned as well. The instructions don't say how often you should replace the filter, but replacement filters can be ordered when needed. I can't comment on longevity at this point, but so far the kittens and I are very happy with this purchase!

Both my cat and dog enjoy drinking out of the water fountain and I enjoy the sound it makes. It has a solid base with grips on the bottom. I was worried that my roomba vacuum would run into the fountain and make it spill but that didn't happen. There was no water on the floor or vacuum. Overall, I am happy with my purchaseUpdate to review. The water fountain has been great. Easy to clean. I gave it to my bunny and he loves it!

I didn’t like the way the water came. It made noise and was not a straight flow. My cat wouldn’t drink from it. She’d had a similar one “the Swan “ until it wore out after a couple of years and loved it.

I tried 3 fountains prior to this one for my newly diagnosed and newly sink addicted kidney disease cat. He started begging for sink water when his kidneys went. This is the first fountain he actually drinks from as it most closely mimics a sink. He was waking me in the middle of the night before crying for water. If you have a sink cat, this is the one!! I did train him on it, sat it on sink counter for 2 days before the floor so he would bond with it, it resembled the sink spout so well it was a smooth and quick transition. Happy cat and much better rested kitty momma now!!

The media could not be loaded. What an incredible product. My 10 yr. old German Shepherd really took to this product, even with him being pretty set in his ways. In fact we’ve noticed that his water intake has increased because he is very curious about checking out his water fountain. This filtration system keeps the water so clean and the water fountain sound gives off a peaceful, soothing sound. We’re very pleased with this product that we even bought one for a friend for her pet.

I can't find my in box pictures, but the only complaint I have is the instructions were hard to follow and had no pictures 🥲 fountain works as promised and flow can be adjusted! Kitty loves it ❤️ would recommend

Our dogs are in and out of the house all the time so the water bowls always get dirty with with food, grass and dirt, but the reusable filter helps keep the water, bowl, and filter clean! Easy setup and the dogs seem to prefer the "fresh" water over the water in their old bowl.
