Emma's Lamb

Lovely illustrations and story. An old favourite with my children. Bought to share favourite book at a baby shower

This is a firm favourite in our house and my daughter has requested it every night for the past three months. It is a simple, but beautifully written story in which Emma realises that looking after a lamb is harder than she thinks. The illustrations that accompany each page are beautiful and add even more enjoyment to this lovely story. I would recommend this book to anybody as a delightful story to share with their child.

We read this book in our holiday cottage with our granddaughter. She loved it as we were stopping on a farm. Lovely story

A nice story with good illustrations. A perfect story to read either before or after a visit to a farm at lambing time. My daughter aged nearly 5 loves it.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Am looking forward to using as part of a maths lesson I am teaching about months and seasons.

Daddy brings in an abandoned lamb from the pasture. Emma decides she is going to care for it all be herself, little realizing the work involved. Emma soon realizes that the best place for the lamb is back with her mother. As they approach the field, mama ewe comes running up to them & little lamb goes off where she belongs.Beautiful artwork as usual from Kim with a delightful story. Easy to read.Lovely, lovely, lovely :)
