I like this although it’s a more expensive option, because of what it DOESN’T contain. Wraps around chicken and chorizo perfectly. Crispy when out of the oven and tasty without being overpowering

Great a bacon free from nitrates. Nitrates are a preservative and are often added to food like bacon and sausages and while natural found nitrates in foods like beetroot, lettuce, and spinach for instance added nitrates can be a cancer risk. Due to the formation of nitrosamine compounds, a large amount of which are considered to be carcinogenic, cancer risk is the most serious adverse effect of nitrate and nitrite intake. Good to see a company that cares for our health by not using nitrates

I am allergic to the nasties in bacon (cause atrial fibrillation) these are wonderfully clear of such.

Nice tasting bacon but without the nitrite, the colour seems off. You don’t get that nice pink look, looked quite dull. However, it’s a small trade off for a healthier version of bacon.

Extremely tasty bacon that crisps beautifully. Lovely on a plate or in a really good sandwich.

This is a very good bacon, though it's on the expensive side. For me it's worth it as I eat bacon once in a while. Worth the money

This bacon has no flavour whatsoever, apart from the very salty taste. Not even comparable to any nitrate free organic bacon available in the USA or Australia. It is such a disappointment. Not recommended at all.
